In 2026, we will be implementing an increase in our Management Fees. This decision has been made after careful consideration of the rising costs in all areas of business operations.
The new Fee Structure will be as follows:
Portfolios holding less than $500,000.00, the Management Fee will increase from 1% annually to 1.20% annually.
Portfolios holding $500,00.000 and less than $1,000,000.00, the Management Fee will increase from 1% annually to 1.10% annually.
